The DK, commonly refered to the German Shorthaired Pointer, is certainly the most popular all-round gundog in the world today. Established in Germany, a country with a strong tradition in hunting, the breed is considered to be a national treasure. The characteristics we see today, were developed and maintained by dedicated breeders in Germany and many other countries. And now here in North America we continue with the regulations that were set in motion years before. |
